1. What is the shipping rate for wholesale orders?
Shipping is free on orders over $400 and $30 for orders less than $400. These rates are for Canadian-based wholesale orders. For international orders, we charge the same rate that USPS charges us as you will see when placing the order.
2. When will my order be shipped?
Wholesale orders are shipped the same day if placed before 12 noon EST and the next business day if placed after 12 noon EST.
3. How will my order be shipped?
We ship using Canada Post or UPS Ground.
4. Where are you based out of?
We are based in Brandon, MB, Canada, that is where your orders will be shipped from.
